The diversity of my role allows me to work on various projects, whether that’s re-designing the Phones 4u intranet, writing items for the daily bulletin, creating content for the monthly store manager commercial briefs or assisting and developing our incentives micro site. Everyday brings something different. We make sure everyone in the business knows what’s happening, be it on the sales floor or in the boardroom. Plus, we’re ‘in the know’ about parties, conferences, incentives, barbecues…you name it! Having an insight into what’s going on before everyone else is so exciting!

My job can be a huge challenge, especially with the daily bulletin – some days, it can be a ‘race to the finish’ to hit that 4.30pm deadline and making sure all communication requests are communicated and live. Meeting people’s expectations plays a big part in my job, so I aim to have items scheduled as early as possible so I don’t let other departments down. Everybody here seems to have this drive to succeed and to just go that extra mile – it’s pure determination!
