My job is to give the best customer care by speaking directly over the telephone to people who have bought our products. I help resolve issues, answer any questions and reassure customers if they’re unsure about anything to do with their purchase. At the same time, I provide help and support to my colleagues within the department.

The atmosphere is great – everyone pulls together and works as a team. I also really enjoy meeting different people over the phone every day. The sheer variety of calls that I deal with means that I gain more experience and knowledge, which enhances my prospects within the company. There’s a really friendly and united atmosphere in the workplace. Despite working in such a big building, we’re all close knit and everyone talks to each other, which makes Phones 4u a fun place to be.
