My team are responsible for the production and distribution of the Financial and Management information circulated to the Shareholders and External Stakeholders of the company. In my role I enjoy problem solving and working within a team that are willing to question each other, with the shared goal of getting the best out of the product, to achieve our objectives on time and within budget.

Graduates joining Phones 4u obtain a good insight into all areas of the business and are actively rotated between the areas within Finance to give them the exposure needed to meet the experience requirements of their qualification. There are no glass ceilings at Phones 4u and individuals are given the opportunity to reach the goals that they set themselves. It is a ‘can do’ culture in which individuals don’t shy away from tasks and often volunteer for them to meet the needs of the company. There is less bureaucracy, enabling benefits to be realised quickly – important in an industry that is constantly evolving. Keeping pace with the rate of change is a real challenge.
