I’m completely responsible for sales, compliance and customer excellence figures in my store. To make sure we achieve high standards on all of these areas, my role is to motivate and direct the team, building their confidence and making sure they all work together.

Although it’s a professional environment, there’s a family element in-store, which is very rare in other companies. The recognition and rewards make my team energised, with the drive to succeed. There are different bonus structures with ongoing incentives such as a top earner’s bonus, network promotions and our Golden Quarter special bonus, providing a high earning potential and credit to every individual. Creating opportunities for people to develop their skills makes me satisfied with my job. My own journey at Phones 4u involved progression from
part-time Sales Consultant, to Sales Floor Controller, then to Assistant Manager and General Store Manager of the biggest store in our Division within a period of three and a half years.
