to its use for the purpose of processing your application and monitoring the efficiency
of our recruitment and other employment procedures.
Any job offer that is made as a result of passing the relevant selection process
will be subject to pre-employment checks, which include the following:
- Production of valid documentation in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration
Act 1996.
- Receiving satisfactory references.
- Receiving a satisfactory basic Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check in accordance
with the Police Act 1997 and the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- Completion of a satisfactory pre-employment medical questionnaire.
- Proof of qualifications.
- Receiving a satisfactory credit check (credit checks will be carried out on anyone
who, during their employment, will handle customer information, including bank details,
credit/debit card information, cheques, home address details).

that if it is subsequently discovered that any statements are false or misleading
you will be liable to have your application disqualified, or subsequently you will
be liable to be dismissed from the company.
You hereby authorise Phones 4U to search the files of a credit referencing agency
which will keep a record of that search. You also agree that we will check your
details with fraud prevention agency and if you give false or inaccurate information
and we suspect fraud, we will record this. You understand that a satisfactory credit
reference is a condition of your continuous employment.
By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
- Update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via
a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such
changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such
announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue
to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the
change comes into effect, your use of the Website will be deemed to indicate your
