I look after operations for all contract mobile phone and mobile broadband propositions, so I’m responsible for performance analysis, forecasting, internal communications and the set up and deployment of the deals we sell. I’m also involved in the design of our propositions. The thing I like most is the variation – every day is different and I get to work with a wide range of people.

Phones 4u offers me the chance to grow new skills every day, helping me to develop my career. My role challenges me all the time and this means I’m always learning new things. As the business is constantly evolving it’s great to know that, while I enjoy my role at the moment, there’s always the chance that there’ll be another avenue of opportunity just around the corner!
