Involving myself with great companies such as Blackberry and Nokia is a really exciting part of my job. At Phones 4u we’re all about offering service through knowledge delivered with fantastic deals, and it’s my role to take the products and deals from the manufacturers or networks and make sure we present them to our field teams in the right way. The feeling you get when you see someone succeeding through a process you created is truly brilliant. If you work hard, focus and deliver results the opportunities really are endless.

The ownership of the new laptop range opening session at our commercial briefs came as a big honour for me. The session was to all of our 490 General Store Managers, as well as Directors. I was really proud that the leadership team felt confident that I could deliver what was needed in a way that will make a difference to those Managers, with the end result that they wanted to learn more and sell more laptops.
