My role in-store involves running the shop floor and deputising for the Manager in his absence. As a team, our aim is to achieve daily and monthly targets, while also providing an unrivalled level of customer service. We have a fantastic range of products to work with. The fact that the market moves so quickly keeps my job interesting, because everyday there is something new to learn.

I particularly enjoy being able to pass on my knowledge and skills to new members of staff - it gives me real job satisfaction seeing them succeed! The company provides thorough training for any new members, at whatever level. This means that every employee has the support and training they require to get a good start and the knowledge to do their job well.
