My work sees me right in the thick of products being the go-to guy who knows about gadgets, gizmos and technology. Working with the manufacturers and Training Account Managers to ensure we get the right information to the right people in the right way at the right time. Sounds like a lot of rights in that sentence and there are, but when your dealing with big national product launches you have to make sure you think of everything.

Working with the online training team allows a high percentage of that material to be delivered through our own intranet, be it podcasts, video reviews and other social mediums.
