The Phones 4u Operations team is responsible for the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within the company. The team is divided into 4 business areas; Retail Service Delivery Support, New Stores Team, the Projects team and the Contract Support team, covering everything from setting up new stores, disaster recovery plans, and building user guides and process manuals, to managing the launch of new products into our retail estate.

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for the relationship between Phones 4u retail stores and the Service Delivery I.T. Manager on a day-to-day basis. Helping to escalate issues that may be impacting a store’s trading or transactional position, the Operations Project Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to help implement change with minimal impact to the business. This role involves symbiosis with the Operations and I.T. teams, to deliver the needs of the business through the retail channel and incubate a level of service that maximises all transactional opportunities.
