The Phones 4u Security & Investigations team is responsible for protecting the retail and direct channels from loss, criminality and reputational damage, through intelligence-led investigation and the continued development and enhancement of front end systems. The department is responsible for three key areas: Front End Defence, Intelligence and Investigations. So whether it’s detecting fraud, analysing intelligence or conducting investigations, the aim is to prevent and reduce criminal or commercial threats against Phones 4u.

The primary objective of Head of Security & Investigations is to protect Phones 4u’s retail and direct channels from significant proprietary loss, criminality and reputational damage through intelligence driven investigations and the development and enhancement of front-end systems. Managing the Security & Investigations field team to deliver impeccable service to internal and external customers and ensuring the department’s strict adherence to legal principles and internal company policies is also a main facet of the role.
