• Apply online using the dedicated recruitment sector of our website. Here you can tailor your job search to suit your chosen field, location and employment sector for a better chance of finding the right role for you.

• Complete an application form and submit CV for your chosen role. This should be a CV specially tailored to the specific role and include information relevant to past experience.

• 1^st stage – the business will now review your application and CV, and you will receive an email to inform you whether you’ve been successful or not at the end of this process. If you have been successful in this first stage, you will then be contacted by telephone.

• 2^nd Stage – You will undergo a telephone screening/interview after which you will be notified via email as to your success. You will be contacted either way.

• If you successfully progress through the 2^nd stage you will be invited for a face-to-face interview. We ask that you bring relevant proof of ID on the day, which you shall be notified of in advance.

•  ^3rd Stage – Following the face-to-face interview you will be notified of your progress via email. On occasion we may also contact you for a 2^nd face-to-face interview should you be successful.

• 4^th Stage – Following the second face-to-face interview you will be notified of your progress via email.

• If you are successful in the second interview stage, we will undertake pre-employment checks to ensure you are able to work for the company. This will include a credit check.

• Once you have passed the pre-employments checks and we are satisfied with everything, we will extend a verbal job offer. Should you accept, we will inform you of your start date

• We will then send out your contract and paperwork in the post. This will all be explained to you and, once completed, should be brought with you on your first day of employment.

• Once this is all completed you will commence on the start date agreed prior to receiving your offer of employment. This will take place at the relevant sector in relation to your job title – either  at our Academy, in Store or at Head Office
